Art of Mind is a psychotherapy and counselling centre founded by Matina Ladikou in Patras, Greece, in 2019. We start from what concerns you and shape the framework of our work together, with confidentiality and clear boundaries. Sessions in English take place online with a therapist from our team, Monday to Friday, 09:00–21:00 Athens time.

Our founder

Matina Ladikou

Founder · Psychotherapist

Care begins with the relationship: being able to talk without fear of judgement.

Trained in Biothymic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis, in Mental Health Counselling and in NLP, with an MSc in Criminology from Panteion University. Matina’s own sessions are in Greek; sessions in English are with a therapist from our team.

Sessions in Greek are booked and paid online on our booking page, which is in Greek.

For a teenager? A parent or guardian contacts us first to agree consent.

In case you’re wondering…

Who will I be working with?

English-language sessions are held with a therapist from our centre. When you send an enquiry, we tell you who will be working with you and answer any questions about their training before you decide whether to go ahead.

Are the sessions online or in person?

English-language sessions take place online by video call on Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a private space.

How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?

We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, with suggested times that suit your time zone and an explanation of the next steps.

Can I have sessions in Greek instead?

Yes. Sessions in Greek are with Matina Ladikou, founder of Art of Mind. See our page for Greek speakers abroad, or book directly on our booking page.

Does therapy replace medical care?
