Each page explains how the difficulty can show up and how we work with it. It doesn’t always take the form of a “disorder”; often it is milder and everyday, and it deserves support too.
When tension and worry weigh on your everyday life, whether it is mild or more persistent.
When fear arrives suddenly and intensely, and you start avoiding places or situations.
When being seen, judged or the centre of attention feels hard.
When a specific fear limits what you do or where you go: flying, heights, needles and more.
When sadness, tiredness or loss of interest last longer than you would like.
After the death of someone you love, or another major loss.
When a difficult event still affects your body, your sleep or your relationships.
When sleep won’t come, keeps breaking or doesn’t rest you.
When communication keeps getting stuck in the same places, as a couple or in the family.
When the inner critic is loud and it is hard to trust yourself.
When anger flares more strongly than you would like and affects your relationships.
When recurring thoughts and repeated actions take up your time and energy.
The pressure of exams and performance, for teenagers (12+), students and their parents.
Support for teenagers, parents and adults still affected by bullying.
When work pressure doesn’t stay at work and exhaustion becomes constant.

Habits, mood, relationships and more
The list is not exhaustive. What we live through often doesn’t fit a single “label”.
Not sure where what you are going through belongs? That’s fine; we look at it together in the first session. You can also start from our services or, if you live abroad, from therapy for expats.

We look at the whole picture
You don’t need to work out in advance “what exactly you have”.
Many difficulties are connected: anxiety can affect sleep, a loss can bring low mood, tension in a relationship can feed anger or self-doubt. In therapy we look at them together and work with their roots, not only with separate symptoms.
Asking for support is not a sign of weakness; it is a meaningful act of care for yourself. We don’t promise “guaranteed” results; we offer real work, at your own pace. Sessions in English are with a therapist from our team; sessions in Greek are with Matina Ladikou, who founded the centre in 2019.

Before you start
You don’t need to reach a crisis to ask for help. If something is on your mind, affects your everyday life or you simply want to understand it better, it is worth talking to a professional.
No. The groups on this page are just a starting point. The first session helps organise what you bring: it covers your history, an assessment of your needs and an initial plan.
