1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work properly and, if you allow it, show us how it is used so that we can improve it, and whether our adverts bring visitors.
2. Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Needed for the basic operation and security of the website, for example to load pages quickly or to remember your cookie choices. They do not need consent and are not used to track you. The website chooses its language from the page address (for example /en/), not from a tracking cookie.
Live chat
The live chat window (Tawk.to), on the website and on the booking system, stores the cookies “TawkConnectionTime” and “twk_idm_key”, which are deleted when you close your browser, and a visitor identifier (“twk_uuid_…”, up to 6 months), so that the chat works and can continue. Tawk.to processes them under its own privacy policy. The chat window loads only if you accept marketing cookies (the “Accept” button includes them).
Statistics
These help us understand how the website is used (for example which pages are read most and where visitors come from). They are switched on only if you accept them.
- Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd): “_ga” and “_ga_…”, up to 13 months. They count visits and pages read, using a random identifier for your browser.
Marketing (advertising)
These are switched on only if you accept them. We use them to measure whether our adverts bring visits and bookings, and to see how pages are used so that we can make them easier to use.
- Google Ads (provider: Google Ireland Ltd): “_gcl_au” on our website (up to 90 days) and “IDE” on doubleclick.net (up to 13 months). They measure whether a visit or a booking came from one of our adverts and let us show our adverts to people who have visited the website (remarketing).
- Microsoft Clarity (provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd): “_clck” (up to 1 year) and “_clsk” (1 day) on our website, plus “MUID” on clarity.ms and bing.com (up to 13 months) and supporting Microsoft cookies (“MR”, “SRM_B”, “SM”, “ANONCHK”). They record how you move around pages (clicks, scrolling) so that we can see, in aggregated heatmaps and session recordings, what visitors find difficult.
We do not build advertising audiences from the health topics you read about, and we do not send these providers your name, email, phone number or the reason for your sessions.
3. Third-party services
Some pages contain embedded third-party services, such as the Google map on our Greek contact page. These services may use their own cookies under their providers’ policies. Our booking system at sessions.artofmind.gr is a separate website. It uses the cookies needed to sign in to your account, book and pay: after you sign in, the sign-in cookies “ameliaToken” and “ameliaUserEmail” (up to 30 days or until you sign out); on the booking pages, Stripe’s security and fraud-prevention cookies “__stripe_mid” (up to 1 year) and “__stripe_sid” (30 minutes); and at checkout, the WooCommerce cookies “wp_woocommerce_session_…”, “woocommerce_cart_hash” and “woocommerce_items_in_cart”, which keep your booking until payment. With your consent in its own cookie banner, the booking system also uses the statistics and marketing tools described above.
The English enquiry form on this website does not set any extra cookies.
4. Your consent
On your first visit we ask you to choose which categories of cookies you accept. Statistics and marketing cookies are not loaded before you give consent. On this website Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity are loaded together through Google Tag Manager and are switched on only if you accept marketing cookies (the “Accept” button includes all categories). If you accept only statistics, none of them is loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the website’s cookie settings.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies or your personal data, email [email protected] or call +30 2611 180005. See also our privacy policy and terms of use.
